They will take the latest SATA-II hard drives and attach to your server or workstation using SCSI and other connections. DAS units have on-board RAID controllers and operate independently of the server's operating system, and can be attached to a non-RAID controller.

The power supply is a 2+1 redundant 650W Zippy unit.
