We make our best effort to respond to your emails in a timely manner. Unless we need to look into it further, we will respond to most emails within the hour.
Shipping
Most orders placed before 2:30pm Central Time will ship the same day. To serve you better, we will continue to process and release orders to shipping until 4pm Central Time as our schedule permits. For a small number of orders placed with ground shipping method, please allow for up to 3 business days for shipment. Air (2-day or overnight) orders placed before the cutoff time will be shipped the same day as long as the item is in stock.
If we cannot ship within the timeframe indicated above, you will be notified of any backorders. Unless cancelled, your order will ship as soon as all items are available. If we fail to notify you, we'll upgrade your shipping free of charge.
Returns
Our return procedure is hassle-free. Hard drives can be returned within 15 days from the invoice date. All other items can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. All returns require an RMA number, which are valid for another 15 days. RMA processing may take up to 5 business days after reception. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we shipped you the wrong item - if you are exchanging for the same item, we will cover the cost of ground shipping back to you. All items except hard drives returned for credit or refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Hard drives are subject to a 30% restocking fee. These fees will be waived if we discover an error on our behalf such as unacceptable delays, misisng items etc. All returns must have all original packaging and contents intact and must be in perfect physical condition. All items beyond the RMA period must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty - we'd be happy to assist you with the procedure.
Return Authorization
If you need to return an item within the RMA period, please email support@scsisource.com with the following:
- Invoice number
- The item(s) you are returning and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange
- Reason for return
- Name and return address, if different from the shipping address on the invoice.
- Whether you require an advance replacement, which is processed as a separate order to be shipped immediately, followed by a refund when the return is received.
Other Disclosures
Prices, specifications, warranties and availability are subject to change at any moment. The lack of an "Out of Stock" marker does not ensure availability - unfortunately we don't have online inventory at this time. Please email us to confirm stock.
Typos or graphical errors happen despite our best efforts - we cannot assume responsibility for typographical error or misrepresentation of product images. We are unable to honor prices or specifications that are inaccurate.
